Career opportunities are endless whether you desire to be a Professional Waiter serving the finest wines in New York, a Chef working with Marco Pierre White, an Events Co-ordinator, or a entrepreneur opening your own Hospitality business, this is where your journey starts
Demonstrate your cooking skills with recipes from around the world and show off your people skills by welcoming customers into our fine dining restaurant.
With the award-winning Gallery Restaurant, Simply Aroma Bistro, industry equipped kitchens and ICT training Suite, you will be provided with a professional start to your hospitality career.
Each year students get the opportunity to showcase their talent at industry recognised shows and exhibitions, in addition to competing nationally in prestigious hospitality competitions.
- Level 1
- VRQ Restaurant Service (runs alongside VRQ Level 1 Hospitality Professional Chef Diploma)
- Duration: This is a full time course, over five days a week with a minimum of one late night each week to provide realistic working environment. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry this course does not follow a 9-5 timetable.

- Level 1
- NVQ Certificate in Hospitality Services
- Duration: Full-time. The course is delivered over 13 weeks, but can be achieved in less depending on ability and application.

- VRQ Hospitality Professional Chef Diploma (runs alongside VRQ Level 1 Restaurant Service)
- Duration: Full time (this will include one evening in the Gallery Restaurant per week), over one academic year.

- Level 2
- NVQ Diploma in Professional Food and Drink Service (runs alongside NVQ 2 Professional Cookery)
- Duration: This is a full time course, over five days a week with a minimum of one late night each week to provide realistic working environment. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry this course does not follow a 9-5 timetable.
