Hair & Beauty Courses

There are a number of alternative hair and beauty areas you can study without having to go down the traditional hairdressing route.

The Grimsby Institute can offer students the chance to study on new and exciting courses, whether you want to carve a career in the industry or you simply want to use the courses to help dress up friends for a night on the town.

Part-time courses can currently be taken in subjects such as Nail Technology, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Depilation and even Swedish Massage and Indian Head Massage. Or, if you prefer to go down the more traditional route and move onto alternative therapies at a later date, you might want to look at NVQ course in Hairdressing.

The times of our part-time courses differ but the majority are held during the evening so you can conveniently fit them around full-time work or family commitments. Whatever your interest, for work or for pleasure, you can be sure we will have something to suit you.
