Fabrication & Welding Courses
An exciting range of courses that provide a strong career foundation
A number of our students choose to take courses in fabrication & Welding on a part-time basis to work around their full time jobs.
As fabrication & welding is such a diverse area of study, you may be training for work purposes or you could be taking a course to learn a new skill to help with a hobby, or other interests. We currently offer courses beginning with the basic City & Guilds Introduction to welding and skills building up to the NVQ level 3 in Fabrication and welding.
Whatever your ultimate goal, you will find our courses interesting and very practical. You will be learning basic principals from day one and will train at our dedicated welding workshops at the Humber Engineering Training Centre. Whatever you choose to do you will be trained to up to date industry standards.

- Duration: Evenings only - 2 hours per week, (currently Monday or Tuesday).

- Intermediate Certificate in Engineering and Technology (Fabrication/Welding)
- Duration: Part time day release, for 2 years.
