Manufacturing Courses
An exciting range of courses that provide a strong career foundation
As many of our students are already working in a busy, time-consuming environment it is important that we offer courses that are flexible and can easily be studied on a part-time basis.
Manufacturing and logistics play a large part in North East Lincolnshire economy, therefore we try to cover a broad range of subjects to work hand-in-hand with local businesses.
You can study anything from food management to Degrees in logistics and manufacturing, but you can be assured that you will receive the most comprehensive and highly vocational training there is.
Whether you are looking at improving IT skills, managing operations or increasing production skills you can be sure that we will have something to offer that is convenient, interesting and delivered at a time to suit you.

- Applied HACCP Principles
- Duration: This is a 22 hour course delivered over three days (including exam).

- Duration: One day course.

- Level 2
- Award in Food Safety (Catering, Manufacturing or Retail)
- Duration: You attend by a 1 day session, normally 9am to 5pm.

- NVQ Level 2
- Food Manufacture
- Duration: You attend by meeting the assessor in the workplace, being observed and assessed through the work you do. There is no examination.
