An exciting range of courses that provide a strong career foundation
Health, social care and childcare is such a vast area of study it is very important that you choose the right course for the career you want in the future.
Each of our programmes are designed to meet ever-changing legislation and will ensure that you have an excellent, basic understanding of the needs of the people you will be dealing with and the situations they may be in. This could involve children, adults, housing issues, crime and disorder or rehabilitation, to name but a few.
During the course of your studies you may be faced with theoretical and practical debates, mental health and psychology study, or ethics and crime management, depending on the course you are taking.
Whatever path you choose to follow, careers in these areas are often very challenging and demanding but can also be the most rewarding.

- Duration: The BA (Hons) is 3 years full time or 5-6 years part time.
