An exciting range of courses that provide a strong career foundation
Fabrication & Welding is an ideal way to enter the engineering construction industry, without having to go the conventional route.
Our courses are designed to give you a thorough grounding in all aspects of engineering so that you can confidently walk into a career with basic experience in areas such as electrical, mechanical, and electronic engineering.
From the beginning of your training we will give you an excellent foundation in the craft, also placing a strong emphasis on personal development. We will develop your skills in a number of different areas including manual metal arc welding, oxy acetylene welding, metal insert gas (MIG) welding and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding.
At the Grimsby Institute we strive to develop your skills so that you have what it takes to progress in a fabrication & welding career.
