Based at Grimsby Docks, The Food Dynamo Training Centre is a dedicated factory training unit, offering facilities to trial the production of food products, particularly in the context of new product development. It also enables individuals to learn in a simulated full production environment.

This unit has been prepared to exemplar standard that meets all the necessary laws, rules and regulations of the EU for a food factory. Funded through the Humber Food Manufacturing Technology Centre of Vocational Excellence, the Learning & Skills Council, Community Partnership and European Social Fund, Food Dynamo is an integrated training and assessment centre set up to support food sector development.
