BSc - Applied Computing with Multimedia Technologies (Top-Up)
UCAS Code : GRIMC G80 G490 BSc/ACWMT.Duration: 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time.
This challenging programme is aimed at creating highly employable individuals ready to take on specialist or managerial roles within the IT industry. In addition to developing your existing computer knowledge, it aims to broaden the problem solving and personal skills that are essential to succeed in your chosen career.
As the IT industry becomes increasingly more competitive, employers are eager to recruit highly skilled individuals who can make a measurable difference to their business. Available on a full or part-time basis, this degree equips you to work either independently or as a member of a team or special project group.
Entry Requirements
Foundation degree or HND (merit profile) in Computing or related subject (240 credits - 120 at Level 4 and 120 at Level 5) or equivalent. All students will be required to attend for interview.It is strongly recommended that students should achieve GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above before attempting advanced levels or higher education.
What you learn
The course will teach you the skills needed for entry into industrial or commercial employment. It will instruct you in the skills necessary to gain and maintain employment in the computing sector.
